Build a Foundation for Reading and Grammar
Grade 1 students will acquire the ability to identify the central
message of a passage.
They will also gain basic knowledge of grammar regarding parts of
speech and sentence types.
Your child will develop their reading comprehension skills through a variety of genres. These includes fables and poetry in Literature, and passages about science in Informational Texts.
