We offer a trial period for all new subscribers.
During the trial period ends Dec. 31, 2025, you can use the Smile Zemi features like regular members.

To start your trial, simply proceed with your order for Smile Zemi.
When you sign up, you are billed for your membership, tablet, and other options you choose.

If you choose to cancel your membership during the trial period, please submit the cancellation from Parent Portal and return all sent items intact within 14 days of applying. Once processed, the payment will be refunded to your credit card selected at the time of checkout. Please note that the shipping fee will not be refunded.

1. Ground
Delivered within five (5) days from shipping. Shipping is $16.20.
This method cannot be chosen for the state of Hawaii and Alaska.

2. 2-Day
Delivered within two (2) business days from shipping. Shipping is $24.30.

3. Overnight
Delivered on the next business day by 10:30 a.m. from shipping. Shipping is $35.60.

Yes. The Smile Tablet is required for Smile Zemi's learning courses since the tablet is specially manufactured for studying, and the Smile Zemi course works only on the dedicated tablet.

For families subscribing multiple children, each child will need his/her own tablet. This is to ensure that we can accurately manage each child's learning history, assess individual learning progress, provide optimal learning suggestions, and offer personalized reports to parents.
