If you purchase an accessory or tablet from Parent Portal, we will accept returns on the condition that all of the following 1 to 4 are met.
- You request a return through the Parent Portal within 7 days from the date of shipment when the product departed our facility by us to the customer.
- You return ALL items purchased at the same time.
*For example, if you purchase a pen and a pen tip at the same time, you need to return both the pen and the pen tip, not just either of the items. If you purchase a tablet, please return all the items included; the tablet itself, the pen, and the AC adapter.
- You return the above set for them to arrive at the designated return address within 14 days after applying for a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We confirm the following:
- that you purchased the returned item from Parent Portal.
- that we inspected it and found it undamaged and in working order.
You can check the status of your refund on the Parent Portal. It may take several days to reflect the status. The refund will be made to the payment method selected at checkout.
Please note the following points when returning items.
- We are not responsible for shipping fees or the items lost during shipping. We recommend using a method that provides proof of delivery and keeping track of your tracking number when shipping.
- Please do not include items other than those we specified in the returned item. If the returned item contains items other than those specified by us, the item will be discarded or returned based on our judgment. We are not responsible for discarded items.
