Return Process

All of the following conditions must be met to guarantee your refund.
- Cancellations during home trial period must be made through the Parent Portal.
- The complete set of items must be returned to the designated location within 14 days from the date you request the cancellation.
- Once everything is complete and in good order, we will refund the subscription and tablet fees to your credit card.
